Security Check-In

Once you get to the resort, you will drive up to the Security Station. The guest pass is for your vehicle and the resort limits to two vehicles per stay. Each vehicle will have a guest pass. You will need to provide the booking's First & Last name to the Security Guard. The Security Guard will then give you a Guest Pass that will be good for your booking time frame. This guest pass will allow you to come and go from the property. In some cases they will offer a map and explain to you how to get to your condo if not, please see attached photo. Once you arrive at the condo, there is plenty of space to park. The parking is outdoors, but they do have security patrol plus it's a gated community. Your unit is in Building 1. Building 1 is the furthest building from the Security Station. When you arrive, the condo will be cleaned and ready to go for you!

Front Door Code:

The door code is wireless. When you arrive at the front door, there will be a lock box and a keypad below it. You will not utilize the lock box. You will utilize the key pad only. The key pad is wireless to the deadbolt. You will enter your code then press Unlock or Lock depending on coming or going. Once the door is closed, it will auto lock after 1 hour. You can manually unlock the door from inside.

8 - Bath Towels, 4 Hand Towels, 8 - Face Towels, Tub Mats, 2 - Rolls of TP, 2 - Bars of Soap

Kitchen:

1 - Wash Cloth, 1 Dry Cloth, 2 - Dishwasher Pods, Trash Liner in Can, 1 - Roll of Paper Towels

For additional amenities, we recommend Kroger's which is about 1 mile away from the Resort!

Internet

We do offer wireless internet with 500 Mbps speed. There should be no streaming issues!

 

Beach Essentials - Storage Locker 128

Located in our Outdoor Storage Locker:

Umbrella, Wagon, Sand Toys, Boggy Boards, Beach Chairs

We offer use of our outside storage locker to all of our guests! The storage locker contains all of your beach needs. There are folding chairs, umbrellas, wagon, boogey boards, and some toys. Please feel free to use everything in the locker for your stay. We ask that our guests keep it locked and organized. Please make sure you brush the sand off and return all items to the locker before you check out. The locker number is 128. When standing at the condo door, face the pool and deli. When facing the deli the locker is behind the deli on the back right. Walk out of the condo door and go left then turn right and walk to the far left corner stairwell. Go down the stairwell to the ground floor. Once on the ground floor there is a walkway behind the deli and you should see the lockers. The two maps above show you where the locker is located.
